Referral Process

-Referral forms can be submitted through our website (left), or faxed to us at 717-272-1008

-Once we receive your referral, a staff member will call to set up an Intake and Tour

-Membership to Halcyon is completely voluntary

-Membership must be approved by MH/ID/EI

Drop-In Hours

Monday- Friday: 9:00am- 4:30pm
Wednesday and Friday until 5PM for members who signed up for the meal
Saturday: 10:00am- 2:00pm
